Untitled Jersey City Project Part 2*

If you've been following my posts you'll know that I came across this series of videos on Youtube the other day.  I wasn't expecting much from these two-minute Youtube videos; however, I was quite surprised to find that I found that the videos are quite interesting and intriguing.

Untitled Jersey City Project is a unique experiment in the development of an entertainment concept: it's a work-in-progress television drama. The eight short episodes of Untitled Jersey City Project are fragments from a larger story, with many of the story threads left unresolved. But from these eight episodes, this much is clear:
The story is set amidst the fast-developing Jersey City waterfront, just across the river from Manhattan. A shining new city is being built on the edge of this gritty town. But while the glass office towers and condos are sleek and new, the rules of the game haven't changed one bit. Everyone here has something to gain - money, fame, power. They could lose big. They could even end up dead.

Here's a short synopsis of Episode 3: Frank and Ray attend an awards dinner for eal estate mogul Larry Tyerman. After a few too many drinks, Ray risks more than just the job when he decides now is the perfect time to address Tyerman's questionable ethics.

Each and every episode brings something fresh and new. Episode three even had some elements of humour in it, contrasting the sinister edge that had been created by the previous two episodes. Things seem to be getting darker and darker as time goes on. The plot can be a little confusing, but once you grasp how all the characters fit together it's rather good.

Take a look at episode three and leave your thoughts in the comments box below!
