I haven't done a haul in a while so this is at least two weeks' worth of stuff. I went to a charity shop in Pinner, close to where I live, where I found lots of uncorrected proof copies and even some unpublished titles so there must be a book blogger in my area who is donating these books. If it is you or you know who it is, please let me know as it would be cool to know who you are! I'm so excited that I received an ARC of Landline by Rainbow Rowell. Rowell is such a great author and I absolutely loved Eleanor & Park so I'm sure Landline will be fantastic. I've already read and reviewed If I could Turn Back Time (see it here) and it was so much better than it looks! Not your standard chick-lit at all.

I also attended my first Spinebreakers meeting ever at Penguin HQ which was super awesome and it was good to catch up with some fellow readers who I haven't seen in a while. Lots of new books were pitched to us and I managed to snag a copy of Beautiful Creatures which I have yet to read, as well as an audiobook copy of A Delicate Truth by John le Carré. We were in the boardroom on the top floor which had a balcony that looked over London which was uber cool. Here's a pic with me and some other Spinebreakers:

What did everyone else get this week? Let me know in the comments below! :)

I still need to read the Beautiful Creatures series, but I think I'm gonna start with the spin off series and see what I think of it!
    Thanks for the follow!

  10. GASP!!! I'm not the book blogger you're looking for (although it'd be cool to know who that is) but I live near Amersham! :D

And I love how colourful your books look together. :) I've literally just finished Landline (really liked it) and read When Mr Dog Bites (a big fat disappointment) as well. I'm dying to read Terms & Conditions so I can't wait to hear what you think.

    Happy reading!
